Men's Fellowship

First Church of God - Madison has an active men's group that meet monthly, seeking to provide spiritual encouragement to our brothers in the Lord. At our monthly meetings we gather for prayer, devotion, and planning of activities around the church that we can assist in. We view our service to God to entail both spiritual and physical activities. 

Just as the Israelites assigned certain tasks in the temple in the Old Testament (2 Chronicles 34:9-13), we do something similar, fulfilling tasks around the church that we assist with. For example, the men plan the annual Valentine's Day dinner, assist with the hanging and removal of Christmas decor, and with the clean-up for Vacation Bible School.
